The More the Merrier: Holiday Open House and Crafts Market

On Saturday, December 15th from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Bridge Storage and ArtSpace invites you to join us for an open house, holiday craft market, art reception, film screening, live music, and food and drink at 23 Maine Avenue in Richmond, California.

Shop our Holiday Craft Market artisans and makers, including James Blancher’s ceramic pieces, mosaic gifts from Yvette Blancher, laser-cut jewelry created by Katherine Falk, holiday wreaths from Judith Irwin, fabric art created by Ilah Jarvis, drawings and paintings from Paquerette Clark, and artwork from Gabrielle Wilson, among others.

In the Bridge Main Gallery, view our December art exhibit “The More the Merrier”, a group show featuring walls packed with art from our coworking and tenant artists. Artists in this show include Naomi Ashford, Scotty Bakke, Joe Bank, Michael Berens, Jacob Clark, Zac Cotham, Steve Hurst, Patrick Jacobson, Laura Johnson, Zeva Longley, Daniel Schweigert, Shawn Roland, Chris Peterson, Fortune Sitole and Naomi Weed.

In the Office Gallery, view paintings from Mark Grim. In Bridge FilmSpace, our commercial film stage, we will screen films including “Romeo is Bleeding” featuring poet Donte Clark, and shorts from local filmmakers including Christiane Gude. Enjoy live music from Eli Utne and refreshments from Chef Jeff, served from our Kiosk.

This event is part of a joint effort with two neighboring businesses, a mini Block Party for the intersection of South First and Maine. Please pay a visit to Tatsumaki Taiko at 245 South First—they will have their doors open from 10:00am with a live Taiko drum performance at 3:15 pm. Additionally, the Milkbar performance space and incubator at 281 South First will be open to visitors and will screen films throughout the event.
